We are required to keep a record of the contact details of all those attending Mass for the time being. Please print the Public Worship Contact Details sheet and cut it in four. Each person coming to a public service should complete a slip, like the one shown below, at home and put it in a designated basket on arrival at Church. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
