Thursday is the feast of Saint Matthias.

ROSARY IN MAY
During the month of May, the Rosary will be recited each morning before Mass.

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
There will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament today from after the 11.30 am Mass until Evening Prayer of the Church at 5.45 pm.

GEORGE AITKEN COURT SERVICE
There will be a service in George Aitken Court today at 3.00 pm.

CHRISTIAN AID COLLECTION
A collection for Christian Aid will be taken at all Masses on Sunday 2 May.

BEGINNING EXPERIENCE WEEKEND
A Beginning Experience Weekend will be held at Coodham from 22 to 24 May. If you are interested in obtaining a form in order to join the weekend, please telephone Father T Scanlan.

THURSDAY CLUB
The Thursday Club's Day of Recollection begins with Mass at 11.00 am. The minibus is available.

SAINT ANNE'S GUILD
The Saint Anne's Guild bus leaves Chapelhill Mount at 6.45 pm on Tuesday for Girvan.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING CLINIC
A Natural Family Planning Clinic is held every Tuesday from 7.30 to 9.00 pm in the Resource Centre. Trained counsellors are always available. No appointments are necessary.You will be very welcome on any Tuesday evening.

CONVENT
The Rosary is recited every Tuesday at 2.00 pm in the Convent. All are very welcome to come along.

VOCATIONS SUNDAY
There will be a Mass at 4.00 pm today in the Good Shepherd Cathedral, Ayr for the Renewal of Religious Consecration in our Diocese. You are invited to join with the Doicese in this celebration.

RIGHT OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS
All those whom we had the joy of welcoming into the Church at Easter are invited to a meeting in the Lounge Hall on Wednesday at 8.00 pm.

GOLDEN JUBILEE OF SAINT PETER'S CHURCH
The Golden Jubilee of Saint Peter's Church will be celebrated at the end of 1988. A brochure worthy of the occasion will need to be prepared. Would anyone who would like to help, please let me know? If you have old papers or photographs regarding the Church, please contact Father Lynch.

BAPTISM PREPARATION GROUP
Would parents who are preparing for the Baptism of their child, please come to a meeting next Sunday at 3.00 pm in the Hall to make the necessary arrangements?

SISTER ELIZABETH
Sister Elizabeth who has become so much a part of the parish and of the schools will celebrate her final profession in Glasgow on Saturday 30 May. Would those who would like to go, please put their names on the bus list in the porch?

GALLOWAY LOURDES DAY CELEBRATION
As you will see from the poster in the porch, this year's Lourdes Day will be in Saint Joseph's Church in Dumfries on Sunday 31 May. If sufficient are interested, a bus will be organised. Please let us know as soon as possible.

ADULTS IN SCHOOL
