MASS INTENTION ON FRIDAY EVENING
The Mass intention on Friday evening will be for the Beatification of Frederick Ozanam, founder of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society. Anyone wishing petition leaflets, which will be placed before the altar following the offertory procession, is asked to contact Society members. Thank you.

MISSIONS
There will be a meeting of the Missions Group in the Lounge-Hall after Tuesday evening Mass.

FEASTS
Thursday is the feast of the Birthday of Our Lady. Saturday is Our Lady's Saturday.

FAMILY ROSARY
The Family Rosary continues after the summer break. Some members of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society will visit homes in Island View and that area to share the Family Rosary.

SPONSORED CYCLE FOR THE SAINT VINCENT'S HOSPICE
Anyone wishing to sponsor Father W Crawford on the cycle run in aid of Saint Vincent's Hospice should add their name to the sheet in the Church Porch. Thanks.

WEEKLY RETREAT
Starting on 4 October, a weekly retreat will take place on one evening a week for six weeks. Numbers are limited so please let us know if you are interested.

VERONA FATHERS - FATHER PASQUALONE
Father Pasqualone will regretfully be leaving soon. We wish him well and thank him for his courtesy and help during his time in Ardrossan.

PRIZE BINGO - VERONA FATHERS
There will be a Prize Bingo on Wednesday at 8.00 pm. Admission costs 50p. The main prize is a portable television. Proceeds go to Father Pasqualone.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING INFORMATION DAY
There will be a Natural Family Planning Information Day on Saturday 10 September from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm in the McLellan Galleries, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. All are welcome. Further information is on the poster in the Church Porch.

BAPTISM
We welcome James Gerard Coulter, Cara Louise McClumpha and Siobhan Clare Walsh through Baptism into Christ's Church. We ask God to bless them and their families.

INFANT LITURGY
Parents are asked to enrol their children in the Hall before the 10.00 am Mass this morning.

EUCHARISTIC PROGRAMME
There will be a meeting of parents involved in the Eucharistic Programme in the school on Tuesday at 7.45 pm.

CONFIRMATION
There will be a meeting of parents involved in Confirmation in the school on Thursday at 7.45 pm.

The monthly meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday at 7.45 pm in the Lounge. A full attendance is requested.

This week, the Thursday Club will have an outing to Auchenleck. The bus will leave Stanley School at 1.15 pm and follow the usual route.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING CLINIC
A Natural Family Planning Clinic is held every Tuesday from 7.30 to 9.00 pm in the Resource Centre. No appointments are necessary. All are welcome.
