Gift Aid is a vital source of income. All that is needed is that you pay tax. You simply declare that you give funds to the Church. We do the rest. Why not sign a form today? Pope Benedict has called on all Catholics to celebrate a Year of Faith from October 2012 to October 2013. It is a time to renew our faith by prayer, by studying our faith and by renewed charity. It is something we can all do both privately and publically. Our country has lost its faith and its way. We each must play our part in renewing faith in Godís goodness and His word. The Year of Faith Diary is available at the stall. It runs from October 2012 to October 2013 and will be useful. It costs £2.95. To mark the Year of Faith, the Bishops of Scotland have set up a special website and social media feeds to help us learn about all that is happening at local, national and international level and to assist us to grow in faith during this time of grace. The address is www.YearOfFaithScotland.com In addition, special services will be provided via Facebook and Twitter, offering news, points for reflection and ideas on how to mark the Year of Faith. Please consider following www.facebook.com/yearoffaithscotland and www.twitter.com/scotyearoffaith.
